The farmhouse “Belvedere delle Crete” is situated in a charming area, set in a biological agricultural farm of 200 hectares, near Orvieto and the borders of Umbria, Tuscany and Lazio, surrounded by beautiful landscapes and medieval boroughs. A wild but natural environment reflects the architecture of the property: a perfectly and harmoniously restored stone villa, which offers its guests a range of facilities to ensure a unique and relaxing holiday. Why not visit the many nearby historical and cultural towns of Orvieto, Todi, Assisi, Civita di Bagnoregio, Lakes Bolsena and Trasimeno, Montepulciano and Southern Tuscany. San Casciano dei Bagni, a wonderful spa resort is just a few miles from the villa with its 42 water sources at 40 ‘C. A perfect base for day trips to FLORENCE (200 kms), ROME (130 kms), PERUGIA (75 kms),VITERBO (55 kms), SIENA (120 kms).

Green panoramas and hills surrounds the property. In this countryside area there are excellent products (like wine and olive oil) . The Belvedere delle Crete has a partnership with a close typical restaurant where it si possibile to taste typical italian and umbrian meals.
Just few kms far from the agriturismo there are several places and cities riched of culture, history and museums like the etruscan city of Orvieto (with the marvellous Duomo) Perugia, Assisi, Todi. You can easily reach Florence and Rome (150 and 130 kms far) by the train station of Orvieto.

The farmhouse has 3 large different apartments, all with independet entrance and heating.

They all have everything you need for a comfortable vacation.  Each apartment has private entrance, and all the apartments have living room with fireplace, bathrooms, Tv sat, independent heating, and useful equipment (iron, hari dryers …) beside other food stuff (coffee, sugar, the…) . Cribs and children beds are available (free) on demand.
Outside the apartment there is a well kept garden with a panoramic swimming pool at guests disposal. The Belvedere has a partnership with the famous Spa Fonteverde center of San Casciano dei Bagni.
All around the farmhouse there are many different paths and itineraries.
The area is perfect for bike excursions. Moreover the Belvedere has a partnership with a horse riding center just few minutes from the property.
